We are looking for a Pod Lead: Performance Creative to lead the strategy, systems, and execution behind high-performing paid social creative across a client portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, paid media, production operations, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a performance operator-someone who understands how to build scalable creative systems that drive measurable business outcomes. This person will execute and oversee concept development, creative testing infrastructure, production throughput, and team leadership across performance creative initiatives.

This role is responsible not only for the quality of creative output, but for actively improving the operational engine that consistently produces, tests, iterates, and scales winning creative.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Creative Pod Leadership

  • Build creative frameworks rooted in platform behavior, audience psychology, media insights, and conversion principles
  • Establish best practices for concept development, briefing, production, testing, reporting, and optimization
  • Partner closely with Paid Media team to align creative strategy with media goals, KPIs, audience segmentation, and scaling opportunities
  • Partial owner of the evolution of creative performance standards across channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms

Creative Strategy & Testing

  • Oversee development of high-converting creative concepts, hooks, messaging frameworks, and testing roadmaps
  • Translate media performance data into actionable creative insights and iteration plans
  • Lead structured creative testing methodologies including:

    • Messaging frameworks

Client Delivery and Communication

Alongside a team of Account Managers, Media Analysts, and Studio Creatives, this role is responsible for high quality client delivery and communication. On a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, the Pod Lead is responsible for client-facing Performance Creative reporting meetings.

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance creative, paid social, growth marketing, or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of paid social ecosystems including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
  • Proven track record of developing creative systems that drive measurable business performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, MER, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in creative testing methodologies and performance optimization
  • Experience managing high-volume creative production pipelines in an agency or high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of platform-native storytelling, hooks, pacing, CTAs, and conversion-focused creative principles
  • Hands-on familiarity with creative production tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, motion/video editing tools, and AI creative platforms
  • Experience integrating creators, UGC, and influencer content into paid media strategies
