What We Need From You:
- Perform medication set-up and assist residents on the Medication Program with the self-administration of their medications
- Must be able to set up, record and assist with medications as ordered by physicians and/or at the direction of the RN and RSD.
- Provide medication assistance documentation per policy and state requirements including:
- Document medication assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately after assistance
- Leaves no blanks on MARs
- Document reasons for PRN medication on reverse of MARs and effectiveness of medication
- Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
- Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
