Job description

Healthcare Liaison (Physician Relations / Medical Sales)
Markson Chiropractic & Medical | South Florida | Part-Time

Who This Is For
This role is for a relationship builder who knows how to generate referrals.
If you've worked as a physician liaison, medical sales rep, or healthcare marketer and have personally driven referral volume, keep reading.
If not, this is not the role.

What You'll Own
You are responsible for one thing: growing referrals.
  • Build and expand relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical offices
  • Execute consistent in-person visits across South Florida
  • Position our services in a way that drives patient referrals
  • Follow up with precision to convert relationships into volume
  • Open new referral channels in targeted specialties
  • Track performance and improve outreach strategy
  • Represent the brand at events and within the medical community

What Winning Looks Like
  • You generate consistent referral flow within your first 60-90 days
  • You become a known, trusted contact across your territory
  • You create long-term referral partnerships, not one-time conversations

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Experience in physician relations, healthcare liaison work, or medical sales
  • Proven ability to build referral relationships
  • Strong in-person communication and networking skills
  • Self-managed, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in the field daily
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation
  • Competitive hourly base
  • Performance-based incentives tied to referral growth
  • Flexible part-time schedule

Why Top Performers Choose This Role
  • Clear path to impact and earnings
  • High autonomy, no micromanagement
  • Strong service offering that physicians trust and refer to
  • Real influence on growth, not a support role

Read Before Applying
This is not an entry-level marketing role.
You will be expected to build relationships, create trust quickly, and drive measurable referral growth.

How to Apply
Apply only if you have experience generating referrals or building physician relationships.
If you can walk into a practice and earn trust fast, we want to talk.
