RN/LPN Med-Pass Weekends

Hello, South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time RN or LPN for our evening med-pass shift. Shift hours are approximately 6PM-10PM. There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up.

Job Description:

  • Administer patient medication according to physician's orders
  • Chart the medication administration as required
  • Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

Requirements:

  • Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
  • Able to make decisions independently when warranted
  • Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
