What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and work with team members to implement effective solutions.
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in plant safety initiatives and training programs.
  • Learn and apply mechanical maintenance best practices while developing technical skills in a heavy industrial environment.
