What You'll Do: Generate seal proposals, presentations, and sales contracts while supporting the outside seals team with mechanical seals. Assist customers in improving equipment reliability and increasing MTBR (Mean Time Between Failures) of sealed equipment. Communicate expected delivery dates and expedite orders as necessary Identify opportunities to expand product base within every customer account Review customer operations for improving business process opportunities Continuously update all customers on company product capabilities, services, and enhancements Liaising between the company, vendors and customers for up-to-date information on pricing, service, and other issues Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience Strong technical knowledge of mechanical seals, pumps, and support systems Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.
