Controls Project Manager - Anaheim, CA - Large HVAC Mechanical Company w/ Controls Division
POSITION:
  • Project Manager - BAS Controls
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage project scope and milestones/objectives related to Building Automation projects.
  • Financial analysis/reviews and financial/billing forecasting
  • Visit to project-sites as needed (about 50% field and 50% work-from-home or office)
  • Interface with an Operations Manager, an Engineering Manager, Superintendents, Union Electrical Foreman, etc.
  • Manpower scheduling
  • Receive support from Project Engineering team.
  • Change Orders - ability to estimate Change Orders and manage the Change Order process
  • Report to Director of Controls/Building Automation
