Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Stewartville, MN 55976 
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in Minnesota, they combine advanced manufacturing with continuous improvement to deliver high-performance products in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. As we continue to grow, our facility is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support production operations, and lead the implementation of new products to increase efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
 
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from design through full implementation
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes
  • Develop and optimize production methods, including equipment layout and process design
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical support across operations
