About You
You have a solid understanding of aftermarket warranties and enough mechanical knowledge to confidently review and process claims. You communicate clearly with repair facilities, support smooth claim payments, and handle questions from customers and teammates with professionalism. You stay organized, document your work carefully, and manage follow-ups to keep everything moving on time. You work well with others and take pride in delivering accurate, efficient service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand Ancillary policies to adjudicate claims
  • Verification of submitted claim requests to ensure they comply with the terms of contract coverage
  • Process verified claims in an online portal, including documenting all communications
  • Work directly with repair facilities, providing payment on approved claims
  • Answer internal/external claim and coverage inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax communications
  • Work with other adjusters and other departments to ensure accuracy & timely customer service
  • Timely and accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis and storage of incoming documents, spreadsheet management, and tracking needed follow-up communications.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience as a technician
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Values continued growth.
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook products.
  • Data Entry (accuracy a must).
  • Clearly communicates information to callers and accurately obtains all required information.
  • Reliability and dependability are a must in this position
  • Work onsite Monday - Friday (Grapevine, TX)
