Job description

Join our growing team as an Install Apprentice! We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and interest in developing technical skills.

In this role, you’ll assist with installing HVAC systems in residential homes, work directly with customers, and collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with installation of heating & air conditioning systems
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Complete job documentation and support daily operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record
  • EPA Certification | NATE within 1 year

Preferred: OSHA 10, Manometer experience, prior HVAC or tool experience

Work Environment:
Active, hands-on role working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions. Must be comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, working on ladders, and in tight spaces.
