Sausage, Grind and Cure Production Team MemberParadise Locker Meats - Trimble, MOMonday-Friday | No Weekends | Day Shift
Paradise Locker Meats is looking for a reliable and hardworking production team member to join our Sausage, Grind, Cure Production Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a growing, family-owned food production company.
We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means clear expectations, strong teamwork, and accountability across the organization.
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • Day shift hours
  • Overtime possible
  • No weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Grind meat and produce sausage products following recipes and production schedules
  • Prepare products for curing using proper ingredients and processes
  • Label products accurately for identification and traceability
  • Safely operate grinders, mixers, and stuffing equipment
  • Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean workspace
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist other departments when production needs require
