Meat Cutter / Equipment Operator

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10‐hour shifts
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: Flexible / when daily cutting is complete (commonly around 5:30 PM, but may vary)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‐focused Meat Cutter / Equipment Operator for a meat processing plant. This position plays a key role in daily cutting and processing operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with cutting tools and machinery, can maintain a steady work pace, and understands the importance of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cutting and processing tasks according to production requirements
  • Operate equipment including:
    • Band Saw
    • Dicer
    • Jaccard Machine
    • Vacuum Sealer
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures
  • Work until daily cutting tasks are fully completed (end time varies)
