  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    Our store managers are the backbone of our teams and keep us united. While leading your team to greatness, you'll have the autonomy to run your own small business by:
  • Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us - assume the role of a coach and mentor to your team, guiding them toward success and development
  • Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and continuously strive to exceed company metrics
  • Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals
  • Helping your team by demonstrating best-in-class customer service when assisting customers
  • Stocking, cleaning, working the cash register and any other additional duties, as needed

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
  • Must have at least ONE of the following:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • One year of continuous store or retail management experience
    • Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience
