Presidential Exteriors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Measure Tech to join our Virginia team. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of residential exterior remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct accurate field measurements to confirm project scope and material requirements.
  • Analyze project margins, purchase materials, and coordinate installation crews.
  • Monitor project progress and key deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, customers, and installation crews.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, construction management, or a similar role.
  • Knowledgable in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and crews.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
