The Impact You'll Make
  • For a specific set of advertisers, you will lead measurement research studies, managing the entire process from setup through to delivering results
  • Be an advocate for Nextdoor's measurement solutions within internal sales and account management teams, ensuring their effective implementation in client campaigns
  • Lead the presentation of measurement research results, including insights and recommendations, to clients
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of various campaign tactics and create actionable best practices and playbooks
  • Participate in-person Nextdoor events, trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and other team building exercises
  • Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to the KIND culture that Nextdoor values  
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance day-to-day measurement workflows including automating repetitive analysis tasks, accelerating data summarization and continuously exploring new AI applications relevant to the measurement and analytics space
What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, business analytics, or marketing
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, media measurement or similar experience at an advertiser, media platform, measurement provider, or media advertising agency
  • An understanding of the measurement landscape, including lift and incrementality testing, attribution, foot traffic and conversion lift, as well as emerging trends in measurement
  • Demonstrated client service background, you thrive in externally facing conversations, working with clients to understand their campaign goals and accordingly recommend measurement opportunities
  • A strong track record partnering across sales, account management and product teams to drive towards a common outcome
  • Clear and concise communication; comfortable with presenting campaign and measurement insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable extracting and analyzing large datasets using SQL and or Python

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $81,000 - $105,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. The salary range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location.

We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With quarterly vesting, your first vest date will take place within 3 months of your start date.
