Position Overview

We're on the lookout for the next 3 outstanding Account Managers to join our dynamic team! If you thrive on building strong client partnerships, driving growth, and delivering outstanding results, this is your chance to shine. Reporting to Sr. Sales Leadership, the Account Manager is responsible for developing top-tier accounts in the Averna markets. This role blends complex technical problems, a consultative solution-based selling culture and exposure to world-renowned technology organizations we proudly call our Customers. This highly visible, cross-functional role is a great opportunity to showcase your skills within all departments of Averna and across the globe.

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop New Business focusing on Test System Integration (design, replication, support) in Averna's target industries;
  • Maintain/grow existing accounts;
  • Build/execute/report on account plans through collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.);
  • Present Solution concepts and Business proposals to our customers;
  • Coordinate with Averna Partners, including Asia-based Averna teams, to support our Clients' global operations;
  • Manage and maintain quota accountability;
  • Manage our CRM, Salesforce, to forecast and report sales.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

The ideal candidate in a few words:

**Education & Technical Expertise **

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical preferred);
  • Solid understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes;
  • Technical understanding of automation, test, and measurement equipment concepts;
  • Experience with automation applications, including precision mechanics and optical systems;

**Sales & Account Management Experience **

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience with Fortune 500 OEM clients;
  • Experience in solution selling, including Test & Measurement solutions;
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative technology solution selling of capital equipment to OEMs/CMs;
  • Business development of key accounts, including qualifying customers for Averna's capabilities and driving internal teams to meet customer requirements;
  • Account planning and management;

**Work Style & Logistics **

  • Onsite/Hybrid work style;
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
