Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time with $10,000 Sign-on Bonus with a two-year committment.

Position Overview
Meadowlark Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time hospice care team. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide skilled nursing care and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their family members during one of life’s most meaningful journeys.

There is no greater gift than helping someone approach their final days with comfort, peace, and dignity. If you are passionate about hospice care and making a difference, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the plan of care

  • Support patients and families with compassion, education, and advocacy

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for call-back as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
