Job Title: Product Owner – Product Master Data Management (MDM)
Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in Jira.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, data governance, procurement, and product teams.
  • Support Product MDM, data governance, and data quality initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI Planning.
  • Improve business processes, workflows, and product data management.
  • Support UAT, release planning, and post-production activities.

Requirement:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Product Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
  • Strong experience using Jira for backlog management.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of product data, data governance, and data quality.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica MDM, Reltio, PLM, or PIM.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with procurement, supplier management, or product lifecycle management.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or CSPO certification.
  • Experience with UX, user journey mapping, and usability improvements.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, metadata, and data integration.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience working in global enterprise environments.
