  • Document all partner MDF/Co-op committed, collected, and spent for agreed upon partner marketing activities (e.g., events, collateral, website pages); create, collect, and track all agreements and investments
  • Measure effectiveness of partner-funded marketing activities, develop and share quarterly Proof of Performance (POP) and results reporting (e.g., website statistics, the quantity of leads captured, event metrics)
  • Collaborate with global procurement and accounting teams to ensure reimbursement for all marketing activities, provide supporting materials and POP to enable invoicing, and act as an escalation point in resolving partner billing issues
  • Seek approval, claim, and manage MDF using various partner portals to ensure reimbursement, in compliance with individual partner MDF program rules
  • Collect partner materials for marketing activities, and maintain updated calendars to advise partners on the status of their activities
  • Analyze MDF/Co-op spend, develop plans to effectively use funds to maximize partner ROI and support marketing program growth
  • Pitch annual global marketing program and event sponsorship opportunities to partners

  • Metrics-driven, with a relentless focus on tracking MDF investment and driving partner results
  • Ability to effectively interact and maintain constructive working relationships with employees, clients, partners, agencies, and colleagues at all levels
