Job description

Owner's Project Management firm is seeking a Project Manager to manage Massachusetts public construction projects.
Candidates must have:
  • At least ten (10) years' experience managing Massachusetts state and/or municipal building projects,
  • Substantial experience managing all phases of Massachusetts public construction projects, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy, and
  • Experience managing at least two Massachusetts public construction projects with total project values of at least $10 million.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with
  • MCPPO OPM certification,
  • Experience managing at least one Massachusetts public construction project with a total project value of at least $50 million, and
  • A degree in architecture or engineering.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience managing Massachusetts public construction projects involving higher education or public safety facilities.
