Powersports Finance Producer (F&I) – McGrath Powersports

McGrath Powersports is seeking a driven and performance-oriented Powersports Finance Producer to join our high-volume dealership in Cedar Rapids. This is an opportunity for a motivated finance professional who thrives in a competitive environment and wants to maximize their earning potential while working in the exciting world of motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides.

What You’ll Do
  • Present financing and protection product options to customers

  • Structure and submit loan applications to multiple lenders

  • Maximize every deal through finance and insurance product offerings (warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.)

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries

  • Maintain compliance with all dealership, lender, and regulatory guidelines

  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused finance experience

Requirements
  • Previous finance, automotive F&I, powersports F&I, or high-level sales experience preferred
