Job description

MCA, a leader in wireless communications, data, and security solutions, is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our In-building Wireless Solutions (IWS) division. This hybrid position in the Midwest area (candidates must be seated in Schaumburg, IL; Detroit, MI, Columbus, OH; or Indianapolis, IN areas). This position calls for a candidate with a successful background in enterprise sales of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) or Private LTE/5G Cellular Networks. Experience in wireless sales through major distributors like Anixter/WESCO, Accu-Tech, or Graybar will also be favorably considered.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


  • Collaborate with both internal and external channel partners to develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, aggressively hunting for new enterprise customers and large construction projects focused on public safety and cellular DAS solutions across the Central US.
  • Master and convey the details of our solution offerings to deliver substantial value to prospects.
  • Be adept at perspective selling.
  • Provide sales forecasts and adhere to objectives for forecast and pipeline management.
  • Document sales activities meticulously in our CRM system.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:


  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable experience in successfully closing large-scale deals, with a focus on transactions valued in the millions of dollars. Must provide evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and negotiate complex deals with senior decision-makers.
  • Hunter Mentality: Strong capability in prospecting and aggressively seeking new clientele by networking, cold calling, and other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the in-building wireless market, including key competitors, technological trends, and key business drivers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proficient in managing multiple client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals while maintaining company profit margins and client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that client needs are met and that company standards are upheld.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
