Participants receive mentorship from senior executives, formal training, and hands-on experience in areas such as finance, marketing, operations, or strategy. The goal is to fast-track participants into management or leadership roles within the company upon completion of the program.

These rotations expose participants to different aspects of the organization, helping them develop a well-rounded skillset and a strong understanding of the company’s operations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and taking on challenging projects, participants build a broad professional network and demonstrate their leadership potential. These experiences are designed to accelerate career growth, often leading to higher-level management roles upon completion of the program.
