Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agribusiness, Computer Science, or a related
discipline.
10+ years of experience within the agribusiness industry, including sectors such as dairy, meat
processing, grain trading, or food manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Supply Chain (SCM) implementation programs.
Proven success leading client-facing presales activities, including solutioning, executive
presentations, demonstrations, proposal development, and complex deal support.
Experience managing enterprise SAP implementations from project initiation through successful
go-live.
Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite
stakeholders.
Established professional network within the agribusiness industry is highly desirable.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other advanced degree.
SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or Agribusiness solutions.
Experience with SAP industry solutions including Dairy Management, Meat & Fish Management,
Agricultural Contract Management, Commodity Management, Rural Sourcing Management, or
Intelligent Agriculture.
Experience working within global consulting or delivery organizations.
Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
