Job description

Overview

The LDR Experience Leader owns the performance, development, and end-to-end experience of Intuit's Lead Development Representative organization operating across multiple sites and an internal contingent workforce. This leader is accountable for the health of the top of the sales funnel — driving quality pipeline from MQL through SAL, SQL, and unit conversion — while ensuring a consistent, high-quality LDR experience regardless of site or team. Reporting into Sales leadership, this role partners closely with operations, cross-functional campaign and quota teams, and frontline managers to translate business targets into daily execution. The ideal candidate blends performance management, funnel analytics, and people development, and is energized by building the systems and coaching that turn lead development into a repeatable growth engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own LDR performance against the scorecard KPIs — SQL, Show Rate, and SAL/Meetings-to-Forecast — and drive site-level accountability across all teams.
  • Lead and develop frontline LDR managers, using structured coaching frameworks (COACH, SBI-C) to improve meeting quality, objection handling, and conversion.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders on KPI management, staffing, and quota operations, holding teams accountable to committed targets while protecting a strong rep experience.
  • Diagnose funnel and call-quality gaps using dialer and conversation-intelligence tooling and transcript analysis; identify failure patterns (e.g., weak meeting framing or purpose language) and stand up corrective playbooks.
  • Support new-motion pilots and process changes — including outbound close-on-call (Phone Zero) initiatives — from design through go-live, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
  • Build and deliver performance reporting and readouts for both frontline and leadership audiences, calibrating content and tone by audience.
  • Own the LDR experience end to end — onboarding, enablement, scorecard design, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales or lead development, with 2+ years leading teams or managers, ideally in an outbound/inside sales motion.
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributed sales operations across multiple sites, including KPI governance and cross-team accountability.
  • Strong command of funnel metrics (MQL→SAL→SQL→Unit) and the ability to translate data into coaching and operational decisions.
  • Fluency with call-quality and dialer tooling (e.g., automated dialers and conversation-intelligence platforms) and comfort using transcript data to diagnose performance.
  • Proven people leadership using structured coaching frameworks and a track record of developing frontline managers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor readouts and messaging across frontline, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; SaaS or SMB sales environment a plus.
