The Opportunity
This is a 12-month contract role designed for high-potential professionals seeking accelerated exposure to commercial strategy, business operations, and executive decision-making within a fast-growing global technology company.
Working alongside the General Manager, North America, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that improve business performance, strengthen operational execution, and support commercial growth across one of Rapsodo's largest markets.
You'll gain hands-on experience working across multiple business functions, develop a deeper understanding of how a global business operates, and build the commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities that will accelerate your career.
What You'll Do
  • Work closely with the General Manager, North America, to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research, translating findings into practical insights that support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse operational, commercial, and financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare business cases, financial analyses, executive presentations, and reports that support strategic discussions and business decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, helping ensure initiatives remain aligned and on schedule.
  • Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives through structured research and analysis.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional communications for senior leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, business modelling, content development, and productivity while continuously identifying smarter ways of working.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • MBA candidate or recent MBA graduate from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Approximately 4-6 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, finance, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop practical business recommendations.
  • Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses grow, compete, and operate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
