Job Overview

This role provides strategic and operational finance leadership to support business performance,decision-making, andlong-rangeplanning within DePuy Synthes. The Sr. Manager, Business Ops / Finance partners closely withcrossfunctionaland senior leaders to drive financial rigor, improve processes, and enable sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role withdirectimpact on business results, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support shortandlong-termbusinessobjectives.
