Job description

Ironside Human Resources located in Dallas, TX is seeking to hire full-time, permanent Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team! Uncapped commissions and new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  • Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday
  • Fully in office (remote/hybrid roles are not an option)
  • Base salary with uncapped commissions in both the permanent and contract recruitment verticals
  • HSA, life insurance, 401K, and other benefits provided
  • Hands-on training provided by our Senior Recruiters, Operations, and Leadership team members
  • Heavy phone dialing position with daily dials objective
  • Healthcare Recruiter must abide by all company protocols and procedures while navigating various recruitment databases and platforms to source candidates for client presentation
  • Healthcare Recruiter will work with a diverse portfolio of healthcare institutions in sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, and assisting with offer extensions for a variety of positions both clinical and non-clinical

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

  • Some formal college experience, Associate's, and/or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service, sales, and/or recruitment experience
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite applications and present professional email etiquette capabilities
