Job description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring a HVAC Service Tech in Denver, CO for a direct hire opportunity with our client. As a trusted partner in the construction industry, we connect top talent with top companies across the United States. 

Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $83,200 to $104,000 Per Year BOE

Responsibilities:
  • HVAC mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnoses and repairs.
  • Equipment start ups.
  • Quality control inspections on RK Service work.
  • Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics.
  • Inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Indirect Supervision.
  • Hold and retain relevant H/CFC universal license.
  • Experience with RTU’s, Boilers, MAU’s, AHU’s, Fans, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VAV/FPB’s. Automation Systems, Chillers.
  • Understanding of Hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits and components.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.
  • Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.
  • Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present. Employees should immediately notify their supervisor so that the hazard may be corrected.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $83,200 to $104,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
