You start your morning reviewing the dispatch board in Durango, CO. First stop: a residential heat pump throwing error codes. You diagnose, repair, and button it up before noon. After lunch, you commission a brand-new rooftop unit at a light commercial site—verifying airflow, dialing in charge, confirming controls, and walking the client through operation. Before wrapping up, you coordinate with teammates on tomorrow’s workload and confirm your spot in the rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Role overview

Join an employee-owned team dedicated to dependable service. You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and commission heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial environments.

What you’ll handle
  • Perform preventative maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC equipment.
  • Commission newly installed HVAC units and document performance.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
  • Deliver clear, courteous customer service and address questions on-site.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and installers to complete projects efficiently.
