Step into a Day in the Life

Wake up in Durango, CO, where you’ll spend your day solving comfort challenges for homeowners and businesses. As our HVAC Diagnostics & Commissioning Specialist, you’ll move from preventive maintenance calls to complex troubleshooting, then wrap up by commissioning brand-new systems so they run perfectly from day one. You’ll balance independent fieldwork with tight-knit teamwork and always keep customer care at the center.

What You’ll Tackle

• Perform maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and repair on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Commission new HVAC equipment to specification and verify performance.
• Participate in an on-call, after-hours rotation.
• Deliver clear, courteous communication to clients and document service findings.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently and safely.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Certification (Section 608).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute within a team.
