Details Matter Here. So Do the People Doing the Work.
Studio G began in 1995 and has grown into a design-forward company specializing in residential glass, closets, and premium hardware for new construction and renovation projects along the lakeshore. We work with builders, designers, and homeowners at the final stage of construction—when precision, organization, and craftsmanship matter most.
This is not rushed, production-style work.
This is clean, detailed finish work.
Our installers are supported by clear scheduling, prepared job sites, and a team that values communication and quality. If you take pride in precise installs, enjoy seeing clean results at the end of the day, and want to work for a company that respects your craft and your time, Studio G is a place where you can do your best work. For this role, we are looking for an exacting, methodical precision-ist who finds true satisfaction in flawless symmetry and repetitive micro-accuracy.

  • Material Preservation: Work carefully with delicate, expensive materials (solid brass, matte black finishes, hand-forged metals) without scratching the hardware or chipping the custom finish paints and stains of the cabinets.
  • Quality Auditing: Inspect doors and drawers post-installation to ensure hardware is perfectly level, structurally secure, and operates smoothly. Protect client property and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Clean & Controlled Workspace: Maintain a highly organized tool kit and clean up wood/metal shavings immediately, leaving luxury homes in pristine condition. Main tools, equipment and company vehicles

  • Humbly Serve: take pride in disciplined, precise workmanship while collaborating with Studio G team members in a stable and well organized work environment. Communication is to be kind and professional.
Qualifications:
  • Expectational spatial awareness and the ability to spot unlevel or un-centered fixtures – the eye for detail
  • Previous installation, construction, or hands-on trade experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with measurements and alignment
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
  • Ability to lift and handle materials safely
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience installing hardware for glass, cabinetry, or closet systems (finish carpentry, cabinet making, finish hardware installation or highly detailed trade is preferred)
  • Experience reading shop drawings or installation layouts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make precise adjustments
Benefits & Compensation:
Studio G offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including but not limited to:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
