Role - Python-AI ML (GenAI) Senior Engineer
Experience Required -7+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
โ€ข Proficiency with distributed/multi-tier systems and application development, including excellent programming skills in languages such as Java, Python
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Micro-services, Kafka, Relational and/or NoSQL databases.
โ€ข Experience in conversational interfaces, chatbots, machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
โ€ข Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery, including working knowledge of various tools in the CI/CD pipeline.
โ€ข Experience with automated release management using Maven, Salt, Git, Jenkins
โ€ข Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux
โ€ข Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
โ€ข Great written communication and documentation abilities
โ€ข Looks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities.
โ€ข Knowledge & experience of Contact center ecosystem/Genesys Framework and Architecture, familiarity with the Genesys ecosystem would be preferrable.
โ€ข Leadership and communication: lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement AI/ML solutions from POC to production
Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures
Own model lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring, retraining
Deploy models into production with CI/CD pipelines
Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and cost
Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems
Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and review code/designs
Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews
Provide guidance on best practices and standards
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Program Managers
Present technical solutions to business and customer stakeholders
Support proposal development and technical estimations
Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
