Job Description

The Branded Materials Manager supports the Branded Materials Senior Manager in leading the company's printed materials program. This role focuses on managing projects such as employee recognition materials, marketing campaign assets, ad-hoc requests, print-on-demand items, training materials, operational materials, gift cards, and branded supplies. This position advises internal stakeholders on planning and procuring printed materials while overseeing sourcing, vendor management, competitive bidding, product quality, and inventory levels.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of print production timelines, including ideation, cost approval, proofing, production planning, distribution, and inventory availability
  • Advise internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert on item usage, print production methods, lead times, and cost efficiencies
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and print vendors
  • Develop and utilize tools to monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and maintain an annual calendar with timelines for the development and production of printed materials across departments
  • Review historical usage, forecast future needs, and evaluate production cost breaks to place replenishment orders
  • Ensure timely availability of items on the internal B2B site by reviewing and approving images, descriptions, and functionality
  • Direct website classifications, support order placement processes, and recommend user experience improvements
  • Collaborate with the Branded Materials Team, providing guidance and support on print production projects
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in print procurement or print project management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial print processes and production methods
  • Ability to analyze data and balance cost, timelines, and operational constraints
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word with advanced Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and print production bidding processes
  • Familiarity with Asana
