The Mgr, MRP & Supply Planning is part of Hanger’s Supply Chain & Customer Operations Enterprise Planning team. The role is responsible for creating and managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and driving the MRP process through several of Hanger’s vertical business units utilizing Oracle to achieve the enterprise strategic objectives, ensure that production meets customer demand while optimizing inventory and maximize production capacity utilization. This role is responsible for developing collaborative relationships with functional leaders to identify and champion SIOP continuous improvement efforts, support team planning capabilities and optimize technical investments. on QMS and establish effective comprehensive data collection for analytics and reporting.

Your Impact
  • Develop and maintain a master production schedule (MPS) that aligns with demand forecasts and manufacturing capacity.
  • Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) execution using Oracle to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Manage and support MRP buyers across all HFN sites; resolve material shortages and develop alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing carrying costs while maintaining service levels.
  • Assess capacity planning needs and identify production bottlenecks; collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to consolidate outsourced product volumes and align resources accordingly.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Generate and analyze reports on inventory, production performance, and supply chain metrics to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
  • Champion SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process improvements and planning tool enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment utilizing an MRP
  • Experience in leading a team in multiple sites
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, master scheduling, and material requirements planning.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Experience in ORACLE Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory management, and capacity planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
