This position will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with the company's clients. The Assistant Account Manager’s primary responsibility is understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This person will serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and the successful delivery of products or services. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a client contact and support to various clients.
  • Support the internal team and the client by building and maintaining trusting client relationships while supporting high-quality work and seamlessly assist in implementing projects.
  • Conduct calls, provide meeting minutes, prepare reports, and update clients on a regular basis.
  • Set up new customer projects in project management software (managing various marketing projects)
