All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members' annual fee.

Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.

After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.

At Atria, we are looking for a Clinical Informatics Operations Manager & Trainer that is responsible for providing on-site support for our team in regards to our EHR (AthenaOne) and other clinical systems, as well as provide training in various formats (on-site, remote, one-on-one and group setting). This role ensures that clinicians and staff understand and fully leverage electronic health record (EHR) and other technology solutions to enhance patient care, quality, and operational efficiency.

Specifically, you will:

Operation Management:

  • Support ongoing usage of the athenaOne EHR and other clinical and non-clinical tools used by our team
  • Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Set-up new employees on clinical systems and configure EHR as needed to meet clinical workflows
  • Proactively identify potential areas of improvement in both EHR and clinical systems, and partner with stakeholders to design ways to implement them
  • Collaborate with both the Informatics, IT, and Clinical teams to integrate systems efficiently and to optimize workflows

Training:

  • On-site one-on-one and group training sessions to users of clinical systems
  • Develop job-aids and training materials to support various workflows and tools used by clinical users.
  • Travel to various locations to support onboarding new staff, training existing staff and provide additional on-site support as needed (Up to 50% domestic travel)
  • Contribute a knowledge base to support users such as FAQ, job aids, etc.


Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000, based on years of experience
