Role & Responsibilities:
  • Supports Project Manager, Construction Manager and Commission Manager sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, tracking, expediting, managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project site.
  • Verification of Bill of Materials
  • Supplier Identification
  • Commodity Lead Time Analysis
  • Order Acknowledgements
  • Expediting delivery
  • Materials Management
  • Communication to Project Managers regarding material schedules.
  • Quality control
  • Vendor Damage Claim Management

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) 5 years of experience in Materials Management positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
  • SAP Super User.

Salary Range for Role $ 65,000 to 85,000
