- Develop, implement, and continuously improve corrosion control programs for pipelines, terminals, storage facilities, processing plants, compressor stations, pump stations, and associated infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs), corrosion threat assessments, inspection plans, and mitigation strategies. This includes developing corrosion loops utilizing P&IDs and creating integrity operating windows (IOWs).
- Support and optimize Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs to identify, prioritize, and mitigate integrity risks.
- Evaluate internal corrosion threats and recommend appropriate monitoring, mitigation, and prevention strategies.
- Establish and maintain corrosion monitoring programs including coupons, probes, fluid sampling, inspection data review, and condition assessments.
- Evaluate integrity data and communicate recommendations to operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Support capital projects and operational initiatives through material selection, corrosion reviews, and integrity risk assessments.
- Partner with Operations, Reliability, Facility Integrity, Process Engineering, and project teams to ensure corrosion risks are considered throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Be knowledgeable in corrosion engineering, damage mechanisms, industry standards, and integrity management practices.
