Indotronix is seeking an :Composites M&P (Materials and Processes) Engineer Level 3 Location:Mesa, AZ FTE opportunity Bachelor of Science degree Shift:Second Start Time:1:00 PM End Time: 10:30 PM Is Clearance Required To Start?:No Key Responsibilities Develop and qualify composite materials and processing methods. Provide technical support to composite part fabrication and manufacturing operations. * Perform root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Create and execute test plans and prepare technical reports and specifications. Qualify and approve materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes. * Support material testing activities in laboratory environments.

Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams. Support supplier audits, evaluations, and technical reviews. * Integrate new technologies and promote process standardization.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, EHS, Lean, and Quality requirements. Required Qualifications Experience applying material science, chemistry, or engineering principles in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. * Experience with material qualification, process development, testing, or failure analysis.

Ability to develop technical reports, specifications, and test plans. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with composites, elastomers, adhesives, and associated processing techniques. Hands-on laboratory experience with polymer chemistry analytical methods.

Familiarity with epoxy, cyanate ester, bismaleimide, urethane, polyimide, and composite reinforcement materials. Experience with composite failure analysis and material characterization. * Experience reading engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Experience delivering technical presentations and working in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and materials processes. Education * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical discipline with 5+ years of experience; Master's degree with 3+ years of experience; or PhD with related engineering experience.
