Location: Richmond, VA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: Starts at $22.00/Hour and may be higher depending on experience, plus a $3.00/hour shift differential.
Position Summary
Seeking a reliable Steel Yard Crane & Material Handler to support shop and yard operations. This position involves moving structural steel, handling trailers, and operating material-handling equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Move trailers within the yard.
  • Operate Pettibones to transport steel.
  • Load and unload trailers.
  • Use overhead cranes to handle structural steel.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Maintain dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Requirements
  • Experience operating cranes and handling materials.
  • Experience loading structural steel with an overhead crane required.
  • Experience with some or all of the listed equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
