Job Description: Material Handler – Lamination Department Position Title Material Handler – Lamination Department Department Production / Manufacturing – Lamination Reports To Lamination Supervisor or Production Manager Position Summary The Material Handler in the Lamination Department is responsible for transporting, organizing, and supplying raw materials and finished goods to support efficient lamination production operations. This role ensures materials are properly staged, identified, and moved safely while maintaining inventory accuracy and production flow. Key Responsibilities Deliver raw materials, rolls, pallets, and supplies to lamination production lines.

Remove completed products and scrap materials from production areas. Verify material quantities, lot numbers, and product specifications before staging. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.

Maintain accurate inventory transactions using scanners, ERP systems, or paperwork. Label, wrap, and prepare materials for storage or shipment. Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages or discrepancies.

Keep lamination work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist machine operators with loading and unloading materials as needed. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and GMP requirements.

Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Experience in lamination, converting, packaging, or industrial production environments is a plus. Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
