The Warehouse Operator III independently executes core warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, and line delivery.

This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, organized storage, and timely material flow to support production and fulfillment needs. This role is expected to maintain accuracy, productivity, and adherence to standard processes while supporting day-to-day workflow coordination. This position is designed for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite Requirement:

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of receiving, put-away, picking, and delivery for critical or high-volume workflows

  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction errors

  • Coordinate material priorities with operations to ensure uninterrupted production

  • Perform and support physical inventory counts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

  • Train and mentor Warehouse technicians I and II

  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and location optimization

  • Support process improvements and standard work development

  • Update inventory transactions in the warehouse management system or via manual logs as required

  • Driving to/from multiple warehouses and production locations

  • Move boxes, pallets, equipment, and other items as needed

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Support additional warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred

  • Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS

  • Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow

  • Forklift certification

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Team player - works well with other team members, internal customers, vendors, other departments

  • Dependable with good attendance and work ethic

  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

  • Basic communication skills and ability to work within a team

  • Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks throughout the shift

Physical Requirements:

  • Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.

  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.

  • Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery.

  • Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.

  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.

  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Temperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.

Hourly Range:

The hourly range for this position is $22.00/hr. Entry level operations positions generally start at an hourly rate of $17.00.
