On-Site role
Job Description:
  • Work days and hours - Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (hours may be subject to change after training).
  • Location onsite/remote/hybrid - Onsite.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  • Preparing parts/components for internal, or outside assembly, including processing manufacturing orders and adjusting inventory levels and locations.
  • Perform counts of inventory items, including A, B, C counts, thoroughly investigate discrepancies, and submit requests to adjust stock levels with appropriate back up.
  • Stocking of supplies, materials, and components within the materials and manufacturing areas.
  • This includes put away of new receipts and restocking primary from overflow locations, including corresponding transactions in SAP.
Additional Responsibilities As Needed:
  • Packing completed tools and accessories to ship to customers, following documented company guidelines, and escalating any gaps for review, ensuring items are protected from damage in shipment, and packed consistently from one order to another.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives involving material movement and reorganization, purge, etc.
Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications):
  • SAP experience is required with broad knowledge of warehouse t-codes.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel is required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, both face to face and in efficient use of email and Microsoft Teams.
  • Able to keep track of high volumes of paperwork and inventory passing their desk.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be reliable and accountable.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable to ask questions to complete the task accurately.
  • Perform efficiently and accurately when faced with stressful situations.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (warehouse/shipping/receiving).
  • Routinely lift up-to 50 pounds.
  • Purchase and wear daily safety shoes with composite or steel toe.
