Material Handler Associate Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Steel Toed Metatarsal shoes
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to learn and complete hands-on training.
About the Material Handler Role
As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist machine operators with the efficient flow of materials throughout the production process.
  • Pull raw materials from inventory and stage them for production.
  • Load materials onto production equipment and unload finished products.
  • Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet customer and quality standards.
  • Identify and report non-conforming materials to prevent quality issues.
  • Complete production paperwork and required documentation accurately.
  • Return unused or remnant materials back to inventory.
  • Participate in routine equipment maintenance and keep equipment clean.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
