Position Overview
Crucial Link is hiring for a 3rd Shift Material Handler in Cleveland (44135). This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with growth potential for reliable and safety-minded individuals. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow across production, shipping, and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and supply raw materials and finished goods per move tickets or verbal instructions
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift and/or pallet jack
  • Receive, label, and store raw materials in assigned warehouse locations
  • Supply production with necessary materials and return unused stock to proper locations
  • Complete move tickets accurately and maintain inventory flow records
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow all plant safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
  • Participate in overtime and meetings as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience as a Material Handler or similar warehouse role preferred
  • Certified or qualified to operate forklifts (company certification provided if needed)
