Job Description

EBAD is looking for a Material Control Clerk based in our Moorpark, CA office. This position reports to our Supervisor, Material Control.

Full-time or Temporary candidates are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stores and/or issues production materials
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and record keeping using ERP System
  • Responsible for cycle counting
  • Work within a team structure to achieve Company and department goals
  • Keep work area neat and clean and follow all established safety guidelines
  • May support receiving duties.
  • Perform additional duties related to specific area assignments

SKILLS AND DUTIES

  • High school diploma or GED required. Must meet ITAR & BATFE requirements.
  • Minimum one year related experience.
  • Experience in receiving a plus.
  • DOT/IATA Certification preferred
  • Forklift Certification preferred
  • Basic computer skills, some knowledge of components in stock is preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to read and understand industry standards
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management and customers (internal and external)
  • Meticulous with a high attention to detail
  • Stores parts in designated areas
  • Issues & kits material from stockroom in accordance with company procedures.
  • May physically transport materials to and from work areas.
  • Able to lift and carry 25 pounds
  • Completes necessary paperwork to assure accurate inventory records.
  • Performs physical inventory counts.
  • Maintains minimum quantities of designated Production Line Supplies.
  • Monitors and maintains minimum quantities of shelf-life sensitive items.
  • Prepares production build packages

Compensation:

Pay Range: $25 - $29 per hour. Pay is determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
