Job Description:

Primary Purpose

Assemble and manufacture cabinets and cabinet components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble cabinets and cabinet parts according to production requirements.
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Participate in cross-training and learn multiple production processes.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in different production areas.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
  • Ability to use manufacturing tools such as:
    • Power drills
    • Pneumatic staple guns
    • Industrial hot glue guns
    • Pallet jacks
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, often 10 to 12 hours per shift.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
