You will be working onsite in our modern outpatient facility that boasts state-of-the-art therapy equipment and an inviting atmosphere designed to promote healing. As part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, you'll engage with colleagues across different disciplines to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. Our facility is open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct detailed initial assessments of patients, reviewing their medical history, current physical condition, and personal goals to establish a clear understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient objectives, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.
• Guide patients throughout their therapeutic journey, fostering their understanding and commitment to their rehabilitation plan through effective communication.
• Deliver treatments using a variety of techniques, including patient education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy, tailored to the specific requirements of each individual.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, utilizing feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress achieved to support continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

Our practice serves a diverse group of patients ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to adults seeking relief from chronic pain. • Doctoral Degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise regimen development.

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting with a focus on personalized rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance workflow and documentation efficiency.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary care teams to promote holistic patient recovery.
