Motion Masters Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to contribute to our orthopedic outpatient practice located in Long Beach, California. This full-time role will involve working directly with a diverse patient population, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance their physical capabilities and overall quality of life. Our ideal candidate will possess a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy and have a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation.

You will be working onsite in our modern outpatient facility that boasts state-of-the-art therapy equipment and an inviting atmosphere designed to promote healing. Our facility is open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed initial assessments of patients, reviewing their medical history, current physical condition, and personal goals to establish a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient objectives, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.
  • Guide patients throughout their therapeutic journey, fostering their understanding and commitment to their rehabilitation plan through effective communication.
  • Deliver treatments using a variety of techniques, including patient education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy, tailored to the specific requirements of each individual.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, utilizing feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress achieved to support continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
