Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

As a Concrete Pump Operator at SRM Concrete, your mission is to ensure the safe, efficient, and precise delivery of concrete to our valued customers. You will:

  • Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks, ensuring safe setup and accurate delivery of concrete to construction sites
  • Collaborate with site teams to expertly fill forms, columns, walls, and floors according to project specifications
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and minor repairs on pump trucks and related equipment to maximize uptime and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues on-site, keeping projects on schedule
  • Follow all safety regulations and best practices for concrete pumping and construction site operations
  • Maintain detailed records of daily operations, including delivery volumes, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents
  • Coordinate with construction managers and crews to optimize pour schedules and address any concerns
  • Mentor and support new team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence
